We operate 24 hours a day, offering medical, emotional, and practical assistance regardless of whether you choose to involve the police.

We offer all clients a face to face video call with a crisis worker to reassure you, explain the process and put you at ease.

Importantly, you do not need to report the assault to the police to access support here at Juniper Lodge.
The staff are specially trained to provide forensic medical care, emotional support, and referrals to counselling or other services, all while respecting your choices and confidentiality.
